How do I place an order on iPodGeek
IPodGeek uses PayPal's shopping cart - which was designed with ease of use in mind. Browse through IPodGeek.com, and click the 'add to cart' button beneath any item you are interested in purchasing. Once you have added all items you want, you can click 'check out' on the shopping cart. From there you will be able to pay for your order. Once we have received your payment, will will process your order, and ship it out.

How do I add products to my cart?
Beside or beneath each product, there is an 'add to cart' button. Click the button for each item you want to add to your order. That item will be added to your orders shopping cart, which will open in a new window. When you have added all items you want to your order, click the 'check out' button on the shopping cart to check out and pay for your order.

How do I check out?
When you have added all items you want to your order, click the 'check out' button on the shopping cart to check out and pay for your order. The shopping cart window will open every time you click an 'add to cart' button, and can be opened by clicking any of the 'View Cart' buttons on any page. In that shopping cart window there will be a 'check out' button; click it and you will be promted to make payment for your order, either via credit card or via PayPal account.

How do I pay for my order?
We currently use PayPal as our payment provider service. PayPal, owned by eBay, is the foremost online payment merchant service. Once you have added items to your order, and clicked 'check out', you will be prompted to make payment on PayPal's secure servers. PayPal accepts a varity of payment methods. If you do not already have a PayPal account, you can opt to pay directly for your order via credit card. If you have a PayPal account or would like to sign up for one, you can login to your account and pay via credit card, PayPal balance, eCheck, or any of the other account funding options available in PayPal.

When will I get my order?
Once we have recieved your order with payment, we will begin processing your order. Most items are available and packed for shipment within 2-4 days. Actual shipping time varies with the shipping address region and country, available shipping services, holidays, etc; however, most packages arrive within 5-10 days of being shipped. As such, most orders are received within 1-2 weeks, but please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.

How will my order be shipped?
All items will be shipped via a 3rd party delivery service. We regularly use Fedex, DHL, UPS to deliver our orders worldwide. Which service used depends on the shipping address country and region and on the item being shipped. Tracking numbers for all orders will be provided upon shipment.

Can you rush my order?
At iPodGeek, we strive to get all our orders out ASAP. As such, we have no time we can 'rush' to get your order to you any faster. Most items are available and packed for shipment within 2-4 days. Our office is located in Vancouver, British Columbia. However, to get our products to our customers as fast and as affordable as possible, some items are shipped directly from our suppliers' warehouses (China & Japan). Do you have a store location near me?
No. iPodGeek currently only sells our products online. By avoiding all the costs of a standard brick and mortor shop, we can pass the savings on to our customers with lower prices.

What is your privacy policy?
We here at IPodGeek respect your privacy. We will not sell or release any of our customer info to any 3rd party, except as required by Canadian Law (in which rights to privacy are very strong).

What if an item I order is out of stock?
If for any reason an item or part of your order is out of stock and will not be available for shipment, you will be contacted by iPodGeek, notified of any delays, and be given the option to wait or to get a refund for that item.

What are your terms of sale?
Please choose and make your orders carefully as all sales are final. We will be happy to work with you to complete your order and be sure you are as satisfied with your order as possible. However, we cannot offer refunds because of 'changed minds' or any other non-legitimate reasons.
